Connections – is the hackathon which creates a synergy between youth, product owner and mentors.
It is an event where teams of high school students (4 people usually) with diverse skills work together with their mentors (people from business) to develop a solution for a real problem provided by a Product Owner (Businesses, public organizations, or city representatives).
The result could be a prototype, MVP, or even a fully developed solution for which a prize is usually awarded to a team offering the best solution.
We have organized our first CONNECTIONS on December 4th, 2024, which gathered 28 teenagers, 7 mentors and 1 product owner. The next one is planned to be held on May 28th, 2025, with a total number of participants up to 100 people.
